This is a retreat for Pilates instructors and serious Pilates students. No Pilates experience necessary, but some movement background required!

Retreat Schedule:

Arrive anytime on Friday October 4th.

• Friday Evening Oct 6pm Class. Roll-out and workout after your drive!

• Optional: Saturday 10am Farmer’s Market In Barryville; very cute on the Delaware River with live music.

• Pilates Training: Saturday 8-10am, 12-2pm & Sunday 8-12pm

Price: $750 for private room, $575 for double room, includes 2 night stay in Farmhouse or Pilates Loft or Cabin, plus 9 hours of Pilates training, Friday night homemade dinner/bbq with the group. Basic staples will be provided for breakfast like coffee and cream etc.

If you’d like to arrive on Thursday to have an extra day cost is $100 for single room, $75 each for double room

If you want to bring a friend or partner who doesn’t want to do Pilates, they can pay $200 for room and board to share a room with you.

Pilates Training Only with no accommodations: $450.

Extra Private sessions with Ellie: $125/hour. Ellie can teach you Reformer, Mat, Pilates Arc, Ellie Herman Method & Props.

You will receive a certificate after the weekend and know how to teach a killer Pilates Springboard Class!

Other activities on the property: Stand up Paddlingboarding, Kayaking, Swimming in the lake. Hiking on the property and nearby mountains.

-Horseback riding can easily be arranged - we have a relationship with a horse farm.
