Reformer Classes
Prerequisite: 1 Reformer Fundamentals Class or 1 Private Session. You can also take Pilates for Everybody m/w/f at 11am.
The Reformer is the most popular piece of Pilates equipment because of its versatility. Align your spine, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles. Rehabilitate injuries while getting a full body workout that’s fun and challenging.
Mixed Level:1 private session required or 1 Reformer Fundamentals class Sundays at noon or prior experience. Ask your trainer if you are ready for Mixed Level classes.
Int/Adv Level: 20 hours or more.
Slowburn Reformer: Ellie Herman’s newest evolution and because its SLOW and done on a VERY LIGHT SPRING it is safe and forces you to find your core and organize your body like no body’s business. 1 Fundamental Reformer class required. Not appropriate for people with balance issues.
FastBurn Reformer: Looking to speed up your metabolism or just get a little more low impact cardio and strength training? This class utilizes the Jumpboard on the Reformer, props and light weights to get your heart rate up and tone muscles all over.

Pilates Springboard/Spring-Barre
Everyone Welcome! No Experience Necessary.
Invented by Ellie Herman the Pilates Springboard is one half of the Cadillac and similar to a Tower. Arm Springs, Leg Springs and Roll Back Bar strengthen your limbs, articulate your spine and work your whole body.
Mixed Level Springboard: Pilates repertoire using Spring Resistance.
Spring-Barre: a more fitness oriented class combining Springs with lots of lunges, squats and cardio. Full body workout.

Ellie Herman Method
Everyone Welcome! No Experience Necessary.
Fantastic full body workout to lively music! Smart combination of functional exercises combining Pilates based moves, Yoga Flow, basic dance moves, lots of squats, lunges, arm strengthening plus Pilates Mat abs sequences and planks.
The barre is an amazing prop in itself because you can hang on it and create traction on your spine, hips and shoulders.
Other props: theraband, sliders, light weights, yoga block, gertie ball, roller.
Safe for people with back issues, hip and knee problems and pregnancy.
